Responsible for the provision of medical services to patients. Responsible for conducting assigned aspects of the medical care of patients as allowed by state license guidelines. Responsibilities include medical management of patients at all levels of care provided by the clinic. Makes a comprehensive physical assessment of patients consistent with training and education;
Provides patient and staff education on medication maintenance;
Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF Standards, and clinic policy and procedure;
Previous experience in behavioral health facility/clinic preferred
Licensed to practice in the state in which the clinic operates.
