HR Specialist

Position’s Contributions to Work Group: Assist with the execution of the new leadership development program for IT leaders. General Workday Administration (Required learning maintenance) Track, Analyze and Report on leadership program metrics Assist with additional learning needs for the organization Typical task breakdown: Resource will be managing leadership development program administration including: Workday administration, communications plan, coordinating with vendors for workshop dates, tracking participant registration, collecting feedback on sessions, and maintaining cohort alumni networks. Education & Experience Required: The position requires a college or university degree and/or 2+ years HR experience Technical Skills (Required) An Incumbents must possess strong analytical, organization, planning, interpersonal, customer focus and communication skills. Strong computer and MS Office skills. Experience with Workday Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
