When joining this unique team you will have the opportunity to make your own schedule that fits your lifestyle. Must be able to travel to Cedar Falls locations, Creekside in Grundy Center, Parkview in Reinbeck, and Grand JiVante in Ackley. Full-time employees must work 3 self-scheduled weekend shifts a month OR choose an on-call weekend
• Part-time employees must work 2 self-scheduled shifts a month or choose an on-call weekend
• Must work 2 self-scheduled holidays
You will be reliable and attend scheduled shifts
• You will ensure resident's rights are adhered to
• You will coordinate the preparation and planning of resident admission; giving proper recognition to the real and potential contribution of family and others in planning nursing care
