Evaluate patients and determine their appropriateness for a rehabilitation program
Establish plan of care and create a treatment plan tailored at helping patients reach their rehab goals by decreasing pain and improving functional mobility
Complete all physical therapy documentation appropriately, thoroughly, and timely.
