Head of Technical Programme Management

As a Technical Program Management Director in the Systems Design Group (SDG) you will coordinate activities on behalf of strategic customers to help them succeed with our Hardware Assisted Verification (HAV) products and, as a byproduct, grow our HAV business. You will complement the work of our Applications Engineering teams, driving needed improvements while those teams focus more on day-to-day customer support requirements.
Coordinates with Applications and customer management to align on key objectives, milestones, and resource needs.
Builds plans, maps out dependencies, actively mitigates risks, and manages execution.
Provides regular updates to both Synopsys and customer management across multiple levels – from Engineering managers to VPs.
Proliferates best practices across Applications teams, regarding how best to help our most advanced customers solve their emerging problems.
BS/MS in EE with 10+ years of experience in HW validation, preferably in HW emulation or FPGA prototyping areas.
the ideal candidate has team leadership or management experience.
Team player focused more on team success – picks up dropped balls, helps others.
