Need someone who is a team player and who is a hard worker. Great working environment with long-term opportunities. Mostly all late model Case equipment and excellent shop & grain facilities. Need someone who takes pride in what they do and self-motivated. It would be a plus if person has experience operating plant to harvest, including a self-propelled sprayer or at least willing to learn. All employees are required to obtain a Colorado applicators license, so that all have the ability to pick up, and transport around the farm. CDL is not required, but do need to have some experience around a semi and have a good driving record. We cover a wide area, so one could live in several communities in the area giving options to kids in school, wife find a position if desired. We do currently have one house available to be negotiated or will be compensated in salary. Also looking for Office Assistant, so possibly could be for spouse to work PT or FT with some administrative skills as KG-10401. Currently provide 100% health for employee after first 90 days, and one can add your spouse and dependents to the policy for coverage. Currently on salary, but new laws in Colorado, we may look at going hourly. BENEFITS: 100% Health Insurance for Employee, Housing Negotiable, Possible Bonus ALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
