Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Lakewood, NJ and surrounding areas.

Angels of Care has been caring for the medically fragile community across the nation since 2000 Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed #Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families.
We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available). Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordination of care
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient

Our team is frequently involved in meetings with legislatures, home care state executives, managed care organizations and other industry leaders to ensure the appropriate services are accessible to the families we serve. Compliance is an integral part of all Angels of Care processes. The robust compliance team and compliance program at Angels of Care works to ensure that all rules and regulations are followed to allow for clinical and compliance excellence.
