What you’ll be trusted with

As a Graduate Engineer, you will work across our Engineering teams, developing a deep understanding of our global telecom network, products, and services across the network layers (fibre, optical, packet, voice, and technical sites).

You will build your technology expertise through supporting our engineers to innovate and maintain the next generation of industry-leading technology and services.

  1. Maintain a high quality of output and ensure completion of tasks to defined targets of capacity, technology testing and performance and customer satisfaction, successful project completion on time with zero error.
  2. Support in Databases and tool updates for capacity, technology and migration projects.
  3. Ensure to update your Quality reports on a regular basis and work on improvement plans.
What we are looking for

University Graduate in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or relevant technical or Engineering stream is preferred.

Takes the initiative. Has a positive attitude. Flexible, quick and adaptable to change. Engages and collaborates with teams. Keen to learn, grow knowledge and contribute to telecom network projects and objectives. Possess technical knowledge/awareness of telecommunications network. Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English. Able to work in Japan.
