You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of performance by providing clinical supervision, education, and training for the team. You will ensure all clinical documentation is on par with state/federal regulations and Pinnacle Treatment Centers policies. You will work independently and under minimal supervision, which requires clear knowledge of the agencies' policy and procedures including disciplinary and grievance adherence.

Lead a team of highly engaged teammates through hiring, scheduling, orientation, training, and performance assessment and management to meet department goals and ensure effective and efficient department operations.
• Conduct clinical and administrative individual and group supervision with assigned clinical staff as per professional license where applicable.
• Provide clinical consultation, oversight of case planning and care coordination.
• Ensure best practices by reviewing and auditing charts for the quality and completeness of documentation, organizing case presentations, and providing feedback to clinical staff to ensure full compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements and standards.
• Ensure all clinical staff conduct individual and group sessions with patients and document all sessions in the medical record
• Conduct and be present/engaged in regular meetings and training opportunities with the team to ensure consistent communication and practices (including flash, treatment team, case presentation, clinical team meeting, etc.)
• Attend team meetings and complete all training courses timely as required.
