Position Highlights:

Ascension Wisconsin is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic full time (36 hours) Internal Medicine Pediatrics or Family Medicine Physician to join our collegial group at our Germantown Clinic in Germantown, WI.

Must Be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Peds

Outpatient care - No hospital coverage

FACILITY

Clinic hours:

Monday-Friday: 7:15 AM to 7:00 PM

Saturday’s in clinic required only when on call

Flexibility in schedule

Services: dermatology, podiatry, ortho, gyn, express care

Procedures: fracture casting, laceration repair, injections, joint injections, skin biopsies

Strong physician/administrative partnered leadership

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.

Preferred Credential(s):

• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA). Verified by local Credentialing Office.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
