Shifts available:
Thursday - Sunday (6am-6pm)

The Planner maintains full ownership of the execution of the operational plan, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction, minimize liabilities, and continuously improve planning metrics. The Planner plays a crucial role in driving performance improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.

Demand Planning : Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate demand forecasts that align with customer requirements.
Operational Planning : Develop and maintain a feasible and efficient operational plan that balances capacity, material availability, and production schedules to meet customer demand.
Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability for production.
Risk Management : Identify potential risks related to demand fluctuations, material shortages, or production delays and develop mitigation plans to minimize liabilities.
Continuously improve the accuracy of the demand planning process, operational plan execution, and key planning metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turns).
Performance Metrics : Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction to drive improvements.

Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma/equivalent required.
~2 years of experience in material planning or production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
~ Strong understanding of demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory management.
~ Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
