GASTROENTEROLOGY

Seeking a motivated BC|BE Gastroenterologist who is interested in a hospital Employed Position. The practice design is flexible enough to accommodate all practice members. The hospital is a 411-bed, regional tertiary care and ACS certified level II Trauma Center. The service area has a population of 500,000 residents in eastern and central Maine. A beautiful state of the art medical office building adjacent to the hospital provides easy access to primary and specialty care. A medical staff of more than 40 physicians skilled in a variety of fields, and 722 full and part-time professional and technical employees ensure the delivery of progressive health and medical services. A state of the art endoscopy suite is on site. Knowledge of ERCP is a Plus. There is NO CALL associated with this position Support staff includes – office manager, secretaries, MA, RN.

Competitive Base Salary and benefits package includes the following: Generous PTO (includes vacation, sick, holiday, education), CME - $4000|year, full hospitalist service (at present 4 on staff). Student loan reimbursement programs, a relocation bonus, sign on bonus.
