Hours and Compensation Potential:

This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek. There are openings for both day and night shifts, each consisting of three 12-hour shifts. Day shifts are from 7am to 7:30pm, while night shifts are from 7pm to 7:30am.

Hourly compensation ranges from $23.50 to $38.90, depending on education (MLT or MT) and experience.

We offer generous shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

A sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking individuals who have graduated from an accredited Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician program (required).

MT/CLS (ASCP) or MLT/CLS (ASCP) certification is required.

Preference will be given to candidates with Blood Bank experience.

New graduates will be considered if they have completed a clinical placement in a high-volume lab.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your responsibilities will include performing various clinical laboratory tests to obtain data for diagnosing and treating diseases. You will follow procedures and operate and maintain equipment as instructed.
