Job Description

The Washington, DC office of Clifford Chance seeks an associate attorney with approximately three to six years of energy regulatory experience to join the Projects/Energy & Infrastructure group. Prior experience with matters involving the rules and regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") is strongly preferred.Experience drafting project-level agreements such as power purchase agreements and other offtake agreements (or interest in learning how to draft such agreements) is a plus.

Qualifications

Class years 2018-2021 preferred. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).
