The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients within a assigned unit with a commitment to quality and safety. Provide direct, professional nursing care to specified population of patients in the acute care setting.
Develops a patient centered plan of care based on individualized needs.

Performs nursing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Provides delegation to unlicensed assistive staff and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) staff
