* Responsible with medication management including education, assessing adherence, administration in the inpatient and residential setting only, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with provider

* Provides medical care coordination between patient, provider, staff, family and outside care agencies as needed
* Serves as a staff resource for client medical needs and information *Qualifications*
* Graduate of Accredited PN Program
* Licensed as an LPN in North Carolina or compact state
