We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our skilled therapy team. NEW GRADS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY Work schedule will include normal weekday scheduling with rotating weekends. Duties/Requirements:
Appropriate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
Current state license
Current CPR
Demonstrate ability to evaluate patients with physician referral.
Develop Plan of Care and treatment plans to maximize patient potential.
Provide adequate daily documentation on patient treatments.
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
Communicate patient needs and physical functioning to supervisor and interdisciplinary team.
Participate in discharge planning including placement, patient and family education, and adaptive equipment.
Initiate family training and nursing mobility programs to keep patients moving outside of therapy sessions.
Experience preferred but not required.

Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
