Fundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team. In addition to your base compensation, this PRN position also offers:
Shift differential
Professional development and growth opportunities
PRN requirements - 2 shifts per month
Applicants should have a current state RN license or a current RN licensure with a multistate compact state and possess an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Department/Unit Summary
~25 bed unit with private rooms
~ All patients are on telemetry monitor and being monitored on the unit.
~Team nursing model consisting of 2 RN’s and 5 LPN
~ Patient population consist of patients with heart history and surgery patients post heart cath.
