Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque un Service Delivery Manager (SDM).

Missions Principales:

  • Assurer le déploiement des services infrastructure et de piloter le contrat dont il a la responsabilité.
  • Définir les indicateurs et veiller à garantir auprès de son client les niveaux de services contractualisés.

Activités principales :

  • Participer et s'engager dans l'élaboration du contrat de services infrastructures
  • Participer activement dans le déploiement des projets Infrastructure
  • Définir le contenu et les modalités de mise en œuvre de services Infra à travers les descriptifs des SLA et SLR
  • Veiller à la prise en compte des évènements pouvant impacter le contrat de services tout au long de son cycle de vie
  • Prendre la responsabilité de l'élaboration des plans de progrès et formuler les plans d'actions
  • S'assurer de l'impact de tout changement sur le niveau de service, particulièrement sur les engagements de niveau de service et sur les accords opérationnels (interne et sous-traitance)
  • Analyser et évaluer les résultats des indicateurs et proposer des plans d'actions
  • Assurer le reporting client
  • Suivre le budget du contrat de services
  • Piloter la contractualisation des contrats de sous-traitance
  • Participer à l’identification des services créateurs de valeur
  • Identifier les nouveaux besoins clients
  • Une bonne expérience en matière de gestion et d’exploitation des Infrastructures.
  • Une bonne connaissance des Datacenter
  • Gestion de la relation client et suivi des contrats de service;
  • Gestion de projets.
  • Une bonne connaissance du monde système (Windows, AD, VMWare, Linux, Messagerie, Sauvegarde, etc.). Une bonne connaissance du monde Réseau & sécurité (Routing, Switching, Firewall, ...).

Profil recherché :

  • Titulaire d’un bac+5 en informatique
  • De 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion et l’administration des Infrastructures dans des environnements de production

Compétences requises pour le poste :

  • Une bonne expérience en matière de gestion et d’exploitation des Infrastructures.
  • Une bonne connaissance des Datacenter
  • Gestion de la relation client et suivi des contrats de service;
  • Gestion de projets.
  • Une bonne connaissance du monde système (Windows, AD, VMWare, Linux, Messagerie, Sauvegarde, etc.).
  • Une bonne connaissance du monde Réseau & sécurité (Routing, Switching, Firewall, ...).
  • Bonne maîtrise de communication en anglais.

Durée de la Mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur 1 année minimum)
