Description RN – Home Health at Providence St. Mary Medical Center
Schedule: Per Diem/On Call, Day Shift
Service Location: The Registered Nurse provides care to sick, disabled and/or injured persons in their home environment under the direction of a physician and in collaboration with other team members. He/she assesses individual and family health needs, collaborates in the development of a nursing care plan, carries out nursing skills, teaches health management concepts and consults appropriate resources within the organization and community.
