Responsibilities:

  • Perform echocardiographic examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions.
  • Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advances in echocardiography technology and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Echocardiography or related field.
  • Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in performing echocardiograms, including 2D, M-mode, Doppler, and stress echocardiography.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
