Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. *Job Summary:* The *Receiver Exciter and Back End Processing* (*REBEP*) Department has the opportunity to join their team as an *Engineering Technical Support Specialist*. *REBEP* is the focal point for receiver, exciter, beam steering, and signal processing technology in the Raytheon business. The department is responsible for the design, development, integration, support to production builds, and lifecycle support for Raytheon. This position will be *100% on-site* & will be based in *Tewksbury*, *MA and Marlborough, MA*. *Responsibilities to Anticipate*:

  • Support engineering teams with logistics of moving engineering material between facilities and to/from suppliers.
  • Assemble Bills of Material kits for Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) and Module assemblies.
  • Assist Lab Manager with lab organization, compliance, security, safety and ISO 9001 audits.
  • Manage residual material from CCA and Module builds.
*Basic Qualifications*:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of prior work experience OR in absence of a degree, 6 years of prior work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with vendors.
  • Experience with electrical components.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
*Preferred Qualifications*:
  • Experience with SAP / PRISM.
  • Experience with test equipment.
  • Familiarity with Raytheon procurement process.
  • Understanding of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) controlled documentation requirements.
  • Technical skills to engage with Circuit Card design engineers and vendors.
  • Experience with configuration management principles and/or Bill of Material (BOM).
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) is a PLUS.
  • Active U.S. Security Clearance is a PLUS.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
