The Lead CLS is responsible for the daily operations of the hematology, urinalysis, and coagulation, including review of records and oversight of equipment maintenance. The Individual is responsible for the validation, development, and/or implementation of new procedures, policies, equipment, and software updates in the hematology/urinalysis/coagulation.
