Overview:
As a Benefits Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in administering employee benefits programs within the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing employee inquiries, processing benefit enrollments and changes, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to provide effective support to employees regarding their benefits.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and other related benefits.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and enrollment procedures.
Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve issues, track claims, and ensure timely processing of benefits-related transactions.
Assist employees with understanding their benefits options, including conducting benefits orientations and providing educational materials.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
Assist in the development and implementation of benefits policies, procedures, and communication strategies.
Stay current with changes in benefits regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
Prepare reports and analytics related to benefits utilization, costs, and trends for management review.
Participate in benefits-related projects, such as open enrollment initiatives and system enhancements.
