Under the direction and general supervision of the Nurse Manager, the registered nurse utilizes evidence based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, policies and procedures of the hospital and as directed by the medical staff. We are looking for registered nurses to staff our brand new, state-of-the-art inpatient Orthopedic Unit. This newly redesigned 21 bed unit will offer our patients private rooms, an inpatient orthopedic gym and unit-based, rehabilitation services. MidState has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for its Knee and Hip Replacement program and has also been designated a Blue Distinction Center® in Knee & Hip Replacement by Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies.
