Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing respiratory care to patients in various healthcare settings. Duties:
- Assess and evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient requirements
- Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and medications
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management
- Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis
- Provide emergency respiratory support, including airway management, in critical care situations

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Valid license or certification as a Respiratory Therapist
- Experience working in critical care, pulmonology, or hospital medicine settings
- Proficiency in ventilator management and airway management techniques
- Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) procedures
- Familiarity with geriatric respiratory care is a plus
