$50/hr (stipend and taxable)

$1,800 gross/wk

1.5+ years experience with Long term acute care, ICU, PCU experience required

Must have Valid SC or compact RN license in hand at time of submission

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team. As a Registered Nurse in our facility, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist with various medical procedures. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being and recovery of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their conditions and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Experience working in an acute care setting, preferably in a hospital or similar healthcare facility
- Proficiency in cardiac catheterization procedures
- Ability to phlebotomize patients for laboratory testing
- Experience caring for children in a pediatric setting
- Familiarity with ambulatory surgery center operations
- Knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment administration
- Understanding of occupational health practices
- Competence in inhalation therapy techniques
- Proficient in medication administration protocols
- Experience working in assisted living facilities is a plus
- Knowledge of dermal fillers administration is an advantage
