Department:  Stepdown Progressive Care and Med Surg Units
Schedule:  Full Time Night Shift | 1.0 FTE | Four 10 hour shifts weekly with variable hours between 8pm-7:30am Monday-Friday

*Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Assesse daily patient access needs and ensure that appropriate patient care is provided. Provide oversight involving all aspects of nursing department operations.
Deliver quality patient care and ensure implementation of clinical objectives.
Delegate appropriate duties to clinical staff based on their assessed skills and abilities, maintaining proficiencies related to job functions and processes through ongoing monitoring of daily operations.
Participate with ongoing quality initiatives, audit projects and development of plans for improvement.
Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
