MVE Group is seeking a Vice President of Renewables & Solar to provide hands-on leadership to the solar team. Renewable energy is a fast-growing sector with incredible potential for expansion. The ideal candidate will capitalize on this opportunity and be responsible for leading the successful growth of the solar division of MVE Group. The Vice President of Renewables & Solar will be responsible for the overall operations of the solar division, driving results and ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered daily. The ability to ensure effective processes and structures are essential to the role. The successful candidate will align with our core values, reinforce our culture, and advance the cohesiveness of our team. Vice President of Renewables & Solar position qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience of successful leadership to a department or an organization, essential
  • Experience developing people and teams, required
  • Financial acumen and a strong understanding of overall business operations, needed
  • Experience in renewable energy, solar, construction, electrical, engineering, or related fields, a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, essential
  • Demonstrated community involvement, desired
