* Shift Differentials
* LPNs promote the health, wellness, and illness prevention of residents through an array of daily nursing and personal care endeavors. An LPN works under the direction of a registered nurse and is responsible for handling a diverse range of tasks, including administering treatment or medications, performing clinical procedures, documenting clinical data of patients, and more.
*Ensures the care and safety of all residents in the nursing unit
* Ensures that individual care plans are followed
* Administers and documents medications, treatments, and other nursing services
* Makes a count of controlled substances on the assigned nursing unit
* Records current condition of assigned resident in EMR
* Receives and gives an accurate report of the resident condition at shift change
* Communicates to the nursing team and medical provider as indicated and required
* Assists in the orientation of new staff
* Maintains competency in all the tasks needed by CMS
*Basic computer knowledge, PCC e-MAR experience preferred
