Asphalt Roller Operator

Job Description: Madden Industrial is seeking an Asphalt Roller Operator for our client in Vancouver, WA. The successful candidate will have experience working on an asphalt crew and operating a roller.  Asphalt Roller Operator Shift: M-F 6am-5pm (10 hours days in peak season) Asphalt Roller Operator Pay: $27-34.25/hr DOE  Asphalt Roller Operator Responsibilities: Safely operate asphalt roller machine Safely operate other light and heavy equipment such as a backhoe, and bob cat Set, control and watch machine for proper compaction Oversee the loading and transportation of needed materials and or equipment Follow safety procedures  Asphalt Screed Operator Qualifications: 18+ years 2+ year experience operating an roller 2+ years of heavy equipment operation Mechanical aptitude for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery Valid drivers license highly preferred Class A CDL highly preferred Complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check  Asphalt Screed Operator Benefits: Medical Dental Sick & Holiday pay 401 Years of Experience Required: At Least 1 Year Expected Travel Time: More than 50%
