Bilingual Employment Specialist*
Our Staffing agency has an opportunity for you to connect people to our great customers and help them with their staffing needs. If you are someone that thinks outside the box, are great with people, and have effective communication skills, then the *Employment Specialist* position is for you
*Assisting the Operations Manager in staffing coordination for branch
* Recruit, interview and hire temp to hire workers for clients, using an ATS as well as other social media outlets
* Collaborate with the staffing and human resources teams to come up with creative ways to recruit, engage and retain employees
* Open and close branch when needed (Monday – Friday 8am – 5 pm)
* Must possess the ability to work well alone or with a team
* Must have excellent computer skills with the ability to be trained on our systems and be comfortable working between multiple platforms
* Bilingual in Spanish and English – ability to write and speak fluently in both languages
