Embark on this exciting locum tenens journey starting January 17, 2024, and enjoy a flexible Day shift schedule of 78 hours from 07:00 to 19:00. This 12-month contract offers a well-structured 7 on 7 off rotation, providing you with 30 days of coverage each month. Collaborate with a supportive team, including NP support from Monday to Friday, ensuring a cohesive and patient-centered care approach.


The patient population consists of adults aged 18 and above, residing in a rural area with a high acuity GI service division and multiple pathologies. As part of the Gastroenterology team, you will be involved in inpatient GI coverage, handling inpatient consultations and procedures. This includes managing one of two teams, with the second team being the GI teaching service. Utilize the Cerner EMR system and showcase your skills in routine GI procedures, including EGD and Colon non-advanced procedures. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to maintaining the high standard of care provided at this facility.

To qualify for this role, you should be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology, possess a valid WV license, DEA, and ACLS certification. Credentialing Timeframe:
