The RN Clinical Development Specialist ensures adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards of care through collaboration and observation of day-to-day activities in clinical practice areas. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
Acts as a clinical expert in the orientation and competency development of nursing caregivers in collaboration with department leadership, preceptors, and clinical education.
Facilitates the implementation of new or revised policies/protocols, initiatives, continuous improvement projects and program goals.
Assesses and evaluates the learning needs of nursing caregivers and collaborates with clinical education and department leadership to address identified gaps.
Promotes patient and caregiver safety through utilization of the nursing process, current standards and guidelines, and care requirements of the patient population.
Contributes to an environment that encourages continuous learning, application of knowledge, critical thinking, and application of research.
Serves as a clinical practice expert and provides mentorship to nursing caregivers to promote recruitment, retention, and inclusivity.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
2 years of full time LPN experience can be substituted for one year of Current active Oklahoma Registered Nurse Licensure. Bachelors in Nursing
Preferred- Masters in nursing
Minimum five (5) years recent acute care clinical experience required.
