CHA recently opened a new inpatient center for youth with acute behavioral health needs. Located in Somerville, the beautiful new facility offers care for children and adolescents with neuro-developmental disorders. The new Center for Inpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Somerville will provide a transformative continuum of patient and family-centered care for diverse youth with mental health needs.
The Inpatient Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to pediatric patients with a range of developmental conditions and behavioral disorders, including developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other mental health challenges. 
In addition to ABA, CHA’s neurodevelopmental inpatient services utilize a multidisciplinary approach including psychotherapy services, psychopharmacology, speech and language services, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation services.
Direct ABA services to children with developmental disabilities and behavior disorders and their families. 
Developing, writing, and evaluating behavior treatment plans; Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and training to Behavioral Techs/Milieu Counselors and maintain model fidelity. 
and assist the Behavioral Psychologist in implementation of PBIS and trauma-sensitive frameworks.
Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology or related field preferred
Three (3) years of experience with children/adolescents who have developmental disabilities and other related disorders, including psychiatric and mental health diagnoses
Applied experience with preference assessments, functional behavior assessments/analyses and other forms of data analysis required
Must be flexible with strong interpersonal skills
