A rapidly growing company in the financial services industry is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team. This role reports to the head of US Legal and will manage regulatory and litigation matters on behalf of the company. This includes preparing employees for interviews with regulatory bodies, managing discovery, working with outside counsel, and more.
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience litigation in state and federal court and before a variety of regulatory bodies (SEC, FINRA, etc).
