This is an exceptional opportunity for an  experienced Infusion RN to work close to home in a  Magnet-recognized , community-based hospital. This position is in our  Oncology/Hematology provider practice, working in an NP-led infusion room. 

E very 8th weekend based of patient and schedule need)

Ability to address problems and make decisions that are guided by precedents, policies, and objectives. Regularly makes recommendations on issues affecting the department by including staff input, being innovative, creative, and lean. Offers advice of medication and post-chemotherapy home care to patients/family upon discharge from the clinic.
Coordinates care, in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Oncology experience preferred
Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with various healthcare team members, patients, and families.
Medical knowledge in Oncology, and comprehensive assessment skills in adult medicine.
Ability to effectively manage stress due to critical issues related to patient care, changing organizational climate, and personnel issues.
