Join our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and specialists, to make a meaningful impact today As a Physical Therapist / PT, your responsibilities will include: Utilizing your expertise in physical therapy to assess a patient's condition, formulate a comprehensive treatment plan, and facilitate their progress towards recovery on a daily basis. Additionally, you will educate nursing staff and patients' families on continuation programs to support sustained improvement. Communicating patient progress or concerns to supervisors and team members, assisting with patient scheduling, and accurately recording charges in patient records. Documenting patient care in adherence to regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting standards established by our client. Providing instruction to patients' families or nursing staff regarding post-treatment protocols. Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of equipment and work areas. Delivering presentations to support marketing initiatives, participating in team conferences, and contributing to in-service training sessions. Conducting job duties in compliance with the company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, relevant professional standards, and applicable state/federal regulations. Requirements for the role of Physical Therapist / PT include: Completion of a degree program from an accredited Physical Therapy institution. Preferably, a minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy. Possession of a current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state where services are provided. Valid CPR certification. Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
