  • Initial Contract Term: Three years (3) year; with auto-renewal
  • Base Salary: $311,594 per year
  • Call: Paid at current 75th percentile benchmark of $34.25 per hour, 146 hours expected per month
  • The Clinic will offer the following:
    • CME Allowance: $1,750 per year (standard, prorated for FTE)
    • Malpractice Insurance
    • DEA & ND medical license fees/renewals
