Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider

We are a provider led organization providing excellent care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Advance Practice Provider to join our Urgent Care team. This position diagnoses and treats patients with medical disorders. Delivers a broad range of urgent care medicine and therapeutic services. Treats outpatient urgent care patients, including adult, geriatric and pediatric patients. May work at several or all of the UC locations.
Position Details:
- Full-time hospital employed position
- Team: 3 physician medical directors from the ED, 9 full-time APPs, 10 PRN APPs, numerous MA/OA/Radiology staff members
- Office Hours: 8am to 8pm
- Will work at urgent care locations
