UPHS - Marquette is a 222 bed hospital and houses the region's only Level II Trauma Center and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We also provide outreach with programs like annual health and safety fairs, health screenings for the entire family and more to keep our community healthy

Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.
Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow and clinical standards, policies and procedures.
Monitors departmental compliance with applicable requirements, including accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission.
Graduated from LPN program
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Provider within 1 year of hire/transfer (only Hem/Onc Esc clinic)
Minimum Work Experience
4 years health care experience
