Compensation And Benefits

  • Base salary range: $200,000 to $325,000 annually based on experience plus bonus
  • Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in life sciences, including evaluating patent portfolios, conducting due diligence investigations, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and managing patent portfolios.
  • Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, with a strong background in biotechnology-related scientific fields.
  • Bar admission in the state of residence is a requirement, and an advanced degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or Immunology is desired.
  • Prior experience in a law firm setting is mandatory.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Candidates with leadership abilities and a comfort level in direct client interactions are preferred.
