Your primary responsibility is to support patients with compassionate careYou will conduct assessments of their current mental stateDevelop a treatment plan that helps them improveMaintain accurate and prompt patient documentationRefer patients for psychiatry services when appropriateCollaborate with the executive team to create positive patient experiences and outcomes.

About You:You genuinely care about your patients and their well-beingYou operate with integrityYou are passionate about mental healthYou are curious and constantly learningYou are licensed and certified in California.You have at least 1 year of experience as a Psych NPYou have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populationsYou have experience in both medication management as well as therapy
