Overview Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages starting at $34/hr. Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience. We are looking for a Registered Nurse, RN to fulfill our support nurse position in our active Assisted Living/Memory Care community located in Sarasota, FL. This RN schedule includes: * Every Friday Night; 24 hours every pay period * Night Shift - 7pm-7am * Weekends and holidays as needed * Part-Time Benefit Eligible: (Paid Time Off, Retirement, Medical, Dental, Wellness Reimbursement, College Funds) * Cash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access About Amira Choice Sarasota Amira Choice Sarasota Senior Living opened in 2020 and is located in sunny Sarasota, FL, within minutes of the growing UTC Mall at Lakewood Ranch and adjacent to Longwood Park. Responsibilities/Job Description * Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status * Implements new and updates current resident care plan * Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed * Handles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration * Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times * Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff Qualifications Required: * Current FL RN license or by start date * AHA (American Heart Association) BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Preferred: * Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems * Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN * Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers * Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
