Shift :  Days / 6:45a-7:15p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, weekends as scheduled
Length : 13 weeks
Holidays: Work into the holiday rotation schedule
Requirements:

~ WV License
~2 Years Experience
~ BLS
~ NIHSS
~ ACLS a plus
~ Experience with peritoneal dialysis highly preferred

Other Details:
~ Floating Other MedSurg, MedSurg/Oncology units, etc. Could possibly float to IMC but would assigned MedSurg overflow. No gtts.
~ Common diagnosis / Types of patients "All ortho post-ops, all basic neuro post-ops (laminectomies, discectomies, spinal fusions), all other general post-ops (gallbladders, mastectomies, sleeve gastrectomy's, infections, other medical dx: COPD, CP, pneumonia, cellulitis, etc.
~# beds 52-Beds - all private rooms
~ Ratios 1:6-7 (Mostly 1:7 for both Day & Night shift)
~ Charting System: Allscripts - Sunrise
