*Being a nurse at Living Branches is much more than providing care to our residents. *Utilize the nursing process, procedures and techniques to perform various duties such as evaluating resident needs, developing individual care plans, administering nursing care, and evaluating nursing care
· Supervises and directs care provided by unlicensed nursing staff in the delivery of nursing care to render general health care within scope of practice
· Responds and reacts to emergency calls from residents.
· Notifies physicians, supervisor, family or other appropriate personnel when unusual resident condition exists.
· Knowledge of HIPPA rules and regulations and of regulations and guidelines governing long-term care
