We are looking for a Registered Nurse for FULL TIME POSITION in the Bronx, Manhattan and Westchester County to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient’s well-being by providing high quality nursing care.
Provide visiting home health services to an assigned caseload including admissions, re-certification and discharges
Develop the Physician Plan of Care in coordination with all health care professionals assigned to the case;
Ensure that all home care services are provided in a high quality ROYAL manner and in accordance with Department of Health and Government regulations;
AND support the Agency’s mission to provide the highest quality care by meeting agency standards of care, communication, and cultural diversity.
Valid Nursing license
Experience in acute care in a hospital setting or home care experience.
Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a plus but not required
