As a PCP Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients in long-term care facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care
Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals
Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being
