To excel in the role of a Registered Nurse at Comfort Home Care in Leominster, you must possess a diverse skill set. You'll need to leverage your expertise in conducting initial and ongoing assessments to identify clients' medical needs and functional levels effectively. Your ability to initiate and adjust care plans, conduct OASIS assessments when necessary, and implement appropriate nursing interventions will be crucial.
