We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineering Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of IAM projects, streamline work intake, carry out process rationalization, stakeholder management, and people management. Work Intake and Process Rationalization: Streamline the work intake process by assessing and prioritizing engineering requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Security Engineering and IAM: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and enhance IAM solutions, including access management, identity governance, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. Implement strategies to optimize project delivery, such as agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Drive efficiency and quality in IAM engineering processes through automation and process improvements.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, security teams, and IT operations, to understand requirements, align priorities, and ensure successful delivery of IAM projects. Effectively communicate plans, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
Transformation: Lead the transformation of IAM systems and processes to meet evolving business needs and industry best practices. Solid experience in IAM/security engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and experience with software development methodologies.
Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, including work intake, workflow automation, and process rationalization.
Experience in leading and developing high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
